Buffet Menu At Monarch

  • A variety of flavours to kick off your dinner are offered by the soup selection, which includes varieties including Veg Manchow, Hot & Sour, Lemon Coriander, Tomato and Sweet Corn. 
  • A wide range of popular Indian dishes, including Mutter Paneer, Paneer Do Pyaza, Palak Paneer, Paneer Kadhai, Aloo Gobi, Veg Tawa Masala, Veg Kolhapuri, Veg Handi, and Chole Masala, are available as vegetarian main courses. 
  • There’s a fresh salad bar and a selection of vegetarian options like Veg Hakka Noodles, Veg Fried Rice, Veg Pulao and Steamed Rice to go with these. 
  • The non-vegetarian selections are just as tempting, with recipes like Murgh Masala, Chicken Adraki, Chicken Goan Curry, Chicken Malvani, Chicken Kadai, and Chicken Kolhapuri. 
  • A selection of dal preparation and desserts, like as flavoured ice cream and the traditional Gulab Jamun, are also available at the buffet.

Just as comprehensive is the breakfast buffet, which starts with a selection of fruit juices and cut fruits, followed by cereals like Chocos and Corn Flakes and a range of Indian breakfast favourites including Idli, Medu Vada, Sambar, Misal Pav, Puri Bhaji, Chole Bhature, Poha, Rawa Upma, and Pineapple Sheera. 

 

Sabudana Khichadi, pancakes with maple syrup, and a selection of stuffed parathas (Aloo, Gobi, Paneer) are other alternatives. Grilled tomatoes, au gratin vegetables, stir-fried veggies, potato wedges, hash brown potatoes, herb potatoes, boiled eggs, chicken sausages, chicken nuggets, and chicken salami are among the hot breakfast options. 

 

Uttapams, dosas, and eggs prepared to order are available at the live counter. Along with tea and coffee, there’s also a variety of bread (white and brown), slice cake, muffins, croissants, and spreads including butter, jam, honey, and marmalade. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.
  • Managing cancellations, amendments,refunds and modifications to existing reservations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reservation management software and tools.
  • Working in a team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop hiring plans for every department in the hotel based on seasonal necessities.
  • Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks, and overtime.
  • Assess, screen, and interview job candidates. 
  • Work to onboard new hires to make them feel comfortable.
  • Report on employee turnover rates.
  • Managing the salaries of the employees.
  • Execute employee retention programs such as end-of-season bonuses.
  • Organize training programs for all hotel employees such as customer service skills training (soft skills training).
  • Serve as a liaison for employees who possess inquiries on job-related issues.
  • Collaborate accommodation, transport, and catering for our employees when needed.
  • Administer remuneration, severance, and benefits policies.
  • Make sure the hotel staff complies with relevant safety and health rules.
  • Arrange employee records such as contracts, and pay special attention to visas and work permits.
  • Maintain all employee appraisals as required by hotel management policy.
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of employee programs and events, such as regular staff meetings, food festivals, annual picnics, holiday parties, Wellness Fairs, farewell parties, and community service projects, among others.
