Where Hospitality Matters

Monarch’s Journey at MIDC Rabale …growing along with growing industrialization!

The ultimate resource in economic development is its people. It is people, not capital or raw materials that develop an economy. Rightly said it is important to take care of the people who are working in these industrial sectors. With this thought in mind in the year 2018, Monarch Group of Hotels (MGOH) began its journey at MIDC Rabale with our first property – Monarch Guestline with 20 keys along with an In-house restaurant ‘Surbhi Malvani’.
MIDC Rabale located in the Thane district of Maharashtra is a progressing hub in all areas may it be Industrial, Transportation or Residential. Maharashtra ranks second in India in the Industrial sector. It is the backbone of the Indian economy. If India grows at 8 percent then astonishingly Maharashtra’s growth would be at least 10 percent as it is the gravitational centre of the country. One of the factors that has made the state’s position so powerful is its strong infrastructure, an ideal destination for setting up of industries. In Rabale, all the mentioned necessities are available for it to be an Industrial hub. And there are industries and corporate sectors, undoubtedly the Hospitality Industry would be required to cater to the needs of the Man Power.

Post the launch of Monarch Guestline which is an economically friendly property, MGOH has seen only success and growth. In the year 2020 we came up with another property with luxurious amenities named The Monarch, Rabale with 55 keys along with an In-house restaurant ‘pierONE’ due to the requirement of the Corporate Sector. We have brought luxury for our guests with the property at an affordable cost.
We didn’t stop here as the growth in MIDC Rabale is immense as per statistics IT sector has increased to 200% in the last 10 years. Companies like Reliance, Accenture, Mastek, Infosys, Microsoft, Wipro and many such have their hub here. We understood their requirement and this year in the month of January launched another boutique property with 33 keys decked up with French European Style decor named Monarch Montvert, Rabale.
In short, Walking on the path of progress along with the Industrial Areas of MIDC especially Rabale to cater to multiple Corporate Hospitality needs! Enriching stays of multiple corporates – Monarch Group of Hotels – Where Hospitality Matters!
